스피커시스템 전문 메이커로 유명한 차리오사가 신모델로 개발 소개한 3웨이 설계방식의 ACADEMY SOVRAN 마루형 스피커시스템 동사가 그간 소개한 아카데미 시리즈는 아카데미 밀레니엄,세렌디피티,솔리테어,소넷등이 있다.
이 모델은 비교적 소형의 리스닝 룸에서 질감의 사운드를 듣기에 가장 이상적인 마루형 설계 제품으로 제작되어 있다. 중고음 대역과 초저음 대역으로 분리시켜 2단의 인클로저로 되어있다.
상단의 인클로저에는 ROHACELL사 특허인 TM FULL-APEX TM POLY-RING TM NEFEB MOTOR 제작의 170MM 구경의 중저음용과 SILVER SOFT TM 돔형 NEFEB MOTOR 32MM 구경 고음용 트위터로 되어 있다.
또한 하단의 인클로저 서브우퍼 스시템은 200MM 구경 NATURAL FIBRES NEFEB MOTOR 유닛을 부착시켜 놓았다. 시스템의 출력은 90DB로 설계되어 있으며 추천 앰프의 출력은 노멀로는 180와트 4옴 그리고 바이앰핑에서는 120와트
